A proven approach to better workplaces.
Since 2019 we've worked with employers across Asia to make menstrual and hormone health part of how a workplace runs, not a once-a-year campaign.
ISO 45010, the international standard on menstruation, menstrual health and menopause at work, means this is now something employers are expected to have an answer for.
Membership gives you one plan, so you're not buying pads from one supplier, training from another and hoping it adds up.
Your spend powers measurable local impact.
GoodPeriod is a Certified B Corp, and every membership does two jobs.
The first is your workplace: the washroom supply, the review, the training, the reporting. The second is outside your building: the same fee cross-subsidises reusable period care kits, school programmes and menstrual education for girls and women who can't afford them, in the city where your people work. Today that's Hong Kong.
What you put in your workplace, we fund in the community. You don't need a separate philanthropy budget; you need a better workplace.
HOW MEMBERSHIP WORKS
One budget. Everything covered.
01 — Where you stand today
Each year we review your washrooms, policies and manager readiness against the GoodPeriod Standard and ISO 45010, and give you a short, honest list of what to fix first.
02 — Training your managers actually use
Expert-led sessions and invite-only events for leaders, HR and people managers, so they know what to say about periods, endometriosis, PMOS, PMDD and perimenopause, and what to do next.
03 — Washrooms that work
Certified organic cotton period products in your washrooms, stocked on a schedule, from our own and partner women-led supply chains. It counts toward your supplier diversity targets too.
04 — Impact you can report
We track what changes in your workplace and what your membership funded in the community, and hand you the numbers and stories at year end, ready for your ESG report and employer brand.
The GoodPeriod Standard
The GoodPeriod Standard is a seven-pillar framework built over seven years of work with employers and our advisory board.
Nobody expects you to reinvent your workplace overnight. Membership reviews where you are, maps the gaps, and gives you the training, washroom essentials and templates to close them and meet ISO 45010 over time.
01 - Foster an inclusive and respectful culture
Make menstrual and hormonal health discussable without stigma, build understanding across life stages through expert-informed education, and challenge harmful stereotypes — without requiring anyone to disclose personal medical information.
02 - Support employee wellbeing
Make sure people with menstrual symptoms, menstrual health conditions or perimenopausal symptoms can access appropriate support, and consider reasonable adjustments — flexible working, additional breaks, temporary changes to duties.
03 - Provide supportive workplace facilities
Sustainably and responsibly sourced menstrual products in workplace washrooms, with appropriate disposal facilities and other measures that support dignity and comfort.
04 - Equip managers to respond with confidence
Guidance and training for informed, supportive conversations and assurance that menstrual and hormonal health needs don't adversely affect decisions on performance, attendance, progression or opportunity.
05 - Support people with menstrual and hormonal health conditions
Recognise that endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS, PMDD and perimenopause can significantly affect wellbeing and working lives, and consider reasonable adjustments in line with your policies and legal obligations.
06 - Listen, measure and improve
Seek employee feedback, review policies and provisions regularly, and use what you learn to set priorities and improve over time.
07 - Use procurement to create social impact
Where possible, choose socially driven suppliers that contribute to better outcomes for underserved communities — procurement as a practical tool connecting workplace wellbeing to wider impact.
Our network
At our last Hong Kong event, speakers from HSBC and HAECO shared what's changed in their organisations, in a room of fellow members and the community partners their memberships fund.

Where we are
Live in Hong Kong. Built to travel.
01 — Hong Kong, today
Members, events, washroom supply and community programmes all run in Hong Kong now, with partners such as The Zubin Foundation. This is where the Standard was built and proven.
02 — Your other offices
If Hong Kong is one office of many, talk to us about a multi-office membership. The Standard, the review and the manager training extend to your regional teams, and community funding follows your people.
03 — Your city next
The GoodPeriod Standard is mapped to ISO 45010, which is international by design. Champions, local partners and NGOs who want to bring it to a new city start with the same 20-minute conversation.
Join the employer community
From HSBC to HAECO, the employers already in the membership are working out together what a genuinely inclusive workplace looks like, and funding period care in Hong Kong while they do it. Most of them have offices well beyond Hong Kong. That's where this goes next.
