What we collect through our forms
When you send an enquiry, an Employer Network request or ask for our ISO 45010 checklist, we collect your name, work email, company, role, country or region, team size (Employer Network requests only) and your message. We also record the type of request, the page you sent it from, the first page you visited on our site, the website that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and send you the checklist you asked for.
- To manage our relationship with you and your organisation, including following up about our employer programme.
- To understand which channels bring people to GoodPeriod.
Where it is stored
Form details are stored securely in our website database and in our customer relationship system, HubSpot (HubSpot, Inc.), which may process data outside your country.
Cookies and tracking
Essential storage keeps the site and forms working. With your permission we also use:
- Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC) to count visits and see which pages are useful.
- Marketing: HubSpot tracking to link your visits to an enquiry you send and measure our outreach. HubSpot may also load advertising measurement tools we connect to it, such as LinkedIn.
Visitors in the UK, EU, EEA and Switzerland are asked first, and nothing optional runs until they agree. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: .
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by emailing partnerships@good-period.org. We keep your details only as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete them.
