Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on period care products once they have been opened or used.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Unopened and unused items in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to inspection.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
