These are the organisations putting menstrual and hormone health on the agenda at work and beyond.
Every Good Period Approved Employer has made a commitment to providing menstrual and hormone health support in their workplace. That commitment does two things: it creates a healthier, more inclusive environment for their teams, and it directly funds support for girls and women in underserved local communities through our social impact business model.
Our Key Pillars
Organisations that hold GoodPeriod Approved Employer status have made a commitment to make practical support available, to listen and review annually, and to work towards the principles of the GoodPeriod Employer Pledge over time. Our key pillars are:
Provide certified organic period care products from woman-led or diverse suppliers, freely available in workplace washrooms, consistently stocked throughout the programme year.
Complete an annual listening survey and policy review with the GoodPeriod team, using our guidance and practical resources to strengthen your approach to menstrual and hormone health at work.
Commit to the GoodPeriod Employer Pledge and actively work towards its principles across culture, policies and practices, supported by monthly content, network events and access to our expert community throughout the year.
It wasn't in the original budget. Leadership approved it anyway. Inside HAECO's decision to put menstrual health on the agenda before anyone asked.
One million employees. 100,000 girls reached. By 2030.
Powered by a growing ecosystem of Good Period Approved Employers across Hong Kong and international markets, our impact business model connects workplace wellbeing with global change. It's not charity. It's a new model of business for good.
